BRITISH WOMAN MOUNTAIN STRIP PICTURES AT MALAYSIA

Eleanor Hawkins, 23 fro Derby, was detained with a group of other foreign tourists after the pictures emerged online. The father off a British woman being held in Malaysia over some nude photos said the situation should not be "blown out of all proportion

   We managed to speak to Ellie yesterday morning and she is obviously quite scared and upset. She knows what she did was stupid and disrespectful and she is very sorry for the offence she has caused, the Malaysian people. She has never been in any sort of trouble, before she said,
 We hope that the Malaysian authorities deal with the misdemeanour and not link it to th unfortunate tragic events that happened the following week. The mountain is seen  by the community who live there as their base off resting place for their ancestors.
